Good Things Take Time (But Not Too Long)
Free shipping on US orders over $85 - because we reward commitment to the cause.
Orders ship within 3 days from our printers here in the USA. Once your shirt leaves the warehouse, USPS does their thing and you'll have it in 2–5 days. You'll get a tracking number so you can follow along obsessively or forget about it completely - we support either approach.
International shipping time, average transit time is 5-14 business days. Please note that locations in remote areas may take longer, so allow up to 30 days for delivery.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, and Australia Post to ensure your orders are delivered quickly and securely.
With our reliable tracking system, you’ll always know the status of your shipment, giving you peace of mind throughout the delivery process.

Please allow 2-3 business days of processing and production time for your order to be shipped out.
Cost of Shipping
Every US order over $85 ships free - always. No hidden fees, no surprises, just smooth shopping.
For orders below $85 there is a flat $4.95 shipping fee.
Shipping Delays
External factors such as natural disasters, holidays, and weather conditions may cause delays. While most packages arrive on time, delivery time is ultimately dependent on the shipping carrier, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Shipping Disclaimer
Once an order is handed over to the local carrier, ownership transfers to the buyer. We ensure all packages are in good condition before shipping. However, Elite Golf Pros is not responsible for:
- Delayed, lost, or damaged packages
- Mis-delivery errors by the carrier
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the buyer
Shipping is a service provided by the carrier, and any issues must be resolved directly with them.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
Missing or Delivered but Not Received Packages
If your tracking information states that your order has been delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or your local mailroom
- Contact your local post office for details
- Verify that the delivery address provided was correct
For U.S. customers: USPS delivery vehicles use GPS tracking and may mark packages as "delivered" prematurely. We recommend waiting an additional business day and contacting USPS directly.
For international customers: Please check for local delivery notices and contact your local post office for further details.
Elite Golf Pros is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
Order Cancellations
Due to fast processing times, we generally do not accept cancellations. However, if requested within 24 hours, we may accommodate the request with a $10 cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processor charges.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot make changes.
